My name is Sejin and I help courageous and ambitious individuals step into more self-leadership, authentic-expression, freedom and purpose.

I help two types of people:

Don’t worry, I’ve been there.
I lived for years burning both ends of the candle, always chasing more and never being fulfilled.
THE PERCEIVED (BUT FALSE) PROBLEM.
I thought I wasn’t doing enough. Or I didn’t have enough. So I tried all the things I thought I needed to do to be happy, healthy and successful.
I went and got a prestigious university degree, got more clients at work, read all the self-development books, meditated, joined the gym, counted my calories, listened to all the podcasts, went on retreats….
But even doing these, the highs only lasted a short while before I was left feeling burnt out, confused, unclear and unmotivated.
Tired of not knowing what to do, I decided to spend time away figuring out why.
And so began the journey of a lifetime. In early 2022, I left my hometown Melbourne for 7 months to travel full-time in my van, not knowing what I’d find.
To say I got a shake up in my life was an understatement.
No set routines.
No rules.
No expectations.
I said yes to things completely outside of my comfort zone.
I met people with wildly different perspectives and lifestyles.
I expanded what I thought was possible.
And on this incredible adventure, I re-discovered who I truly was.
THE REAL PROBLEM.
And that's when i realised my issue.
Back at home, I was hustling my ass off to align my life to a definition of success that was given to me.
I was following someone else’s route to happiness. Not my own.
THE REAL SOLUTION.
So, by taking the time to pause and deeply inquire, I was able to let go of what I thought I ‘should’ do and began the journey to truly get to know myself.
What’s actually important to me? What lights me up? What energises me and what depletes me? What am I good at and how can I help people?
And only when I got super clear on this, did my path forward appear.
I knew what I had to prioritise, and what I needed to let go of.
I finally began to take back control, and become the architect of my own life.
That was when my framework was born;

THE DETAILS.
Our 12 week 1:1 mentoring container will involve two components;
1- Looking back at your past to better understand why you are the way you are, thus empowering you to step into who you want to be by overcoming your limiting beliefs.
2- Looking forward and developing energy-giving habits to get you to where you want to be.
You’ll get:
-My personalised daily reflections journal (mailed to you before we begin).
-6 x fortnightly ~75 minute deep-dive zoom sessions.
-6 x fortnightly ~20-30 minute phone call sessions.
-Fortnightly group sharing circles with my other 1:1 clients, which continues even after we finish the container (optional but highly recommended)
-Accountability and support via Whatsapp
-Weekly tasks and goals.
-Access to the relevant resources you need.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through my signature two-step process; DEFINE & ALIGN.
DEFINE:
-What you truly want in life, what's important to you and identify your core-values
-Identify and reprogram your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours that are holding you back
How? Learning different modalities such as different somatic embodiment practises AND the ‘parts work’; a psychotherapy technique that will help you self-guide yourself to meet and love all the parts of you.
-Create a meaningful vision and set authentic and holistic goals that you actually want to work towards
ALIGN:
-How to clear space and find more time in your life by setting healthy boundaries around your work, relationships and weekends
-Develop a regular self-care practise to embody more energy, vitality and calmness
-Progressive behaviour change through intentional weekly tasks, thus creating your ultimate blueprint of habits and exercises to progress you to where you want to be
This program will help you take responsibility for your life and equip you with the tools to uplevel your life in every way possible.
This could be the difference between you waking up in 6 months time confident and proud of who you are and where you’re going, or waking up in 6 months time still stressed, unclear and exhausted.

With all of that said, I could be one of those coaches that charge $5-10K for a program, given how this is an accumulation of all my qualifications and life experiences in the past 8 years and knowing how much it has the potential to change your life.
But since I have a soul and want to genuinely help people (not to mention these containers are so damn fun for me too), it’s a one-time investment of:
