A 3-DAY MELBOURNE INTENSIVE experience for people tired of shrinking, shape-shifting or losing themselves around others.

CONFIDENCE IS THE ABILITY TO STAY YOU,

NO MATTER THE SITUATION.

We’re living in fast times.

Constant noise. Endless comparison. Pressure to perform.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to quiet ourselves.

To people please. To second-guess.

Not because we’re broken, but because we adapted.

We don’t actually have a confidence problem.
We have a story problem.

A story that says we’re too much. Or not enough.

STORYTELLERS exists as a return.

UNFILTERED ~ EXPRESSED ~ ALIVE ~

STORYTELLERS is an embodied expression journey for humans ready to stop holding back.

This is where confidence stops being a mindset concept and becomes something you feel in your body.

You’ll learn how to trust your impulses. Express your truth. Strengthen your voice. And show up more fully in your life, relationships and work.

No performance. No pressure. No need to be a dancer, actor or creative.

We believe everyone has access to their most confident, embodied and magnetic self.

STORYTELLERS is about reclaiming your natural self-expression and remembering who you are beneath fear, conditioning and self-doubt.

Build the embodied confidence to express yourself honestly & trust yourself, not matter what room you’re in.

It’s about self-expression,

not performance.

Still got questions?

tuck into these.

  1. “Is this for me?”

STORYTELLERS is for anyone who feels disconnected from their authentic self or wants to deepen their relationship with their story. We don’t discriminate based on background or experience, the shared curiosity for honest self-expression is what unites the group. Whether you’re a seasoned creative or completely new to this kind of work, you’ll be met where you are.

  2. “Will I feel safe and supported?”

Non-judgement and a sense of collective safety is a key pillar in the culture of STORYTELLERS. Each session is trauma informed and invitational only, so you can partake at your own pace. You’ll be met with acceptance and encouragement every step of the way.

  3. “What happens during the 3 days?”

Over our time, you’ll be guided through a blend of embodiment work, group parts-work, non-linear movement, movement as storytelling, improvisation, self-expression and deep inquiry. Each session is designed to unlock your unique expression and release blocks so you can show up in life with less fear and more direction.

  4. “Do I need prior experience with dance, movement or expression?”

STORYTELLERS is not a dance school and not performance-based. It’s about personal exploration, not doing things “right.”

  5. “How is this different from therapy, a dance class, or other workshops?”

STORYTELLERS sits alongside (not in place of) therapy or other personal development work. It is not clinical therapy, and no one is diagnosed, analysed, or treated.

Instead, it draws on the therapeutic arts: using movement, voice, presence, storytelling and creative expression as pathways for insight, integration and self-understanding.

The emphasis is on choice, curiosity, and lived experience, supported by community rather than clinical intervention.

  6. “can i miss some sessions?”

We aspire to keep the container tight and undisrupted. We will decide case by case, please privately message and we’ll see what we can do.

  7. “What specific results or transformations can I expect?”

Participants often report greater self-trust, clearer boundaries, more confidence in expressing themselves, and less fear around being seen. Many also form meaningful friendships and feel a stronger sense of belonging.

  8. “What does a typical session look like?”

While each session is different, you can generally expect a clear opening, grounding practices, guided exploration, and a gentle closing to support integration. Sharing is always optional, and sessions are held with care, structure, and respect for individual capacity.

IT’S TIME, TO REMEMBER YOUR TRUE STORY.
